Terms & Conditions
Pricing is provided after a free discovery call and scoped based on project complexity, timeline, and deliverables. A 40% deposit initiates the engagement, with milestone-based billing thereafter. All deliverables include source code, architecture documentation, and deployment runbooks. The client retains full IP ownership upon final payment. Verxon Labs retains portfolio reference rights (no proprietary details disclosed). Both parties agree to mutual NDA terms. Cancellation requires 14 days written notice; completed work is billable. Liability is limited to total project value. Timeline estimates assume timely client feedback and system access. Disputes resolved through arbitration under Indian law. Quote acceptance constitutes agreement to these terms.
